Title: Marketplace Operations Intern

Location: Silver City, Pasig, Metro Manila

About the role:

As a Marketplace Operations Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience managing the Amazon marketplace and supporting day-to-day operations that drive real business impact. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to help optimize product listings, track inventory, monitor promotions, and enhance the customer experience across the Amazon platform.

What You’ll Do

Customer Engagement & Marketplace Support

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Help monitor account health metrics and flag potential issues to the team

Product Listings & Marketplace Operations

• Help create, update, and maintain product listings on the Amazon marketplace
• Support troubleshooting of basic listing or inventory issues
• Assist in managing SKU setups and updates

Promotions & Sales Activities

• Support the setup and monitoring of promotional campaigns
• Help track promotion performance and compile basic sales data

Inventory Planning & Coordination

• Assist in tracking inventory levels and updating relevant records
• Coordinate with the operations or demand planning teams for replenishment updates
• Support validation or reconciliation tasks when needed

Reporting & Analysis

• Help generate and update weekly reports on listings, sales, and inventory
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and data collection

Collaboration, Flexibility, and Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Planning.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Take on additional learning opportunities and assist with other tasks as assigned
