Job Description:

  • Serve as the key administrator for Salesforce environment
  • Handle all administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields, and other routine tasks
  • Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as necessary
  • Import sales data, contacts, and other relevant data to the system
  • Ensure optimal performance of overall Salesforce systems
  • Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests
  • Document error reports and customizations made in Salesforce
  • Responsible for upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term projects
  • Train new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
  • Maintain the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
  • Prepare reports for sales and other departments
  • Other relevant tasks that may be assigned


Job Requirements:

  • At 3 least years of experience as a Salesforce administrator (preferably a Salesforce certified administrator)
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels
  • Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule at Silver City, Pasig
