An HR Business Partner must have a thorough understanding and expertise to support organizational business goals. 

Job responsibilities include coaching and mentoring leaders about HR matters such as but not limited to performance management, organizational strategies, and employee relations.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR professional in the shared service industry with strong general HR experience emphasizing on creating a relational work environment. He/she must embody the company’s culture and values. Since building relationships and communicating clearly are essential in this role, the HR Business Partner must bring highly developed interpersonal skills. An individual who can preserve equanimity in the midst of change and conflict and sees all human interactions as a vehicle for growth, will be a best fit in this role.
