Inside Sales Channel Coordinator

Location: Silver City, Pasig, Metro Manila (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Channel & Partner Support

  • Act as the primary inside sales contact for assigned channel partners
  • Support partners with pricing requests, product information, order processing, and documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding, training logistics, and ongoing partner communications
  • Track partner inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution

Sales Coordination & Administration

  • Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, contracts, and partner agreements
  • Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data in the CRM system
  • Coordinate deal registrations, approvals, and discount requests
  • Support channel promotions, incentives, and sales campaigns

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Generate regular reports on channel sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Monitor partner activity and flag risks or opportunities to channel leadership
  • Ensure data accuracy for commissions, rebates, and incentive programs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Channel Sales Managers, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
  • Coordinate marketing collateral distribution and campaign execution for partners
  • Assist with product launches and sales enablement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or channel support
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, or partner sales models
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in B2B, technology, SaaS, or hardware sales environments
  • Understanding of channel sales structures, deal registration, and incentives
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to work on a hybrid night shift work setup in Silver City, Pasig
