Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Pasig City, Metro Manila
Key Responsibilities:
Content Writing
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing content for emails, social media, event collateral, and other campaigns
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communicates messages effectively
Salesforce Pardot Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for campaign scheduling in Pardot
- Manage the setup and scheduling of emails, engagement programs, automation rules, forms, landing pages, and social posts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
Email & Social Media Marketing
- Coordinate and publish content across email platforms and social media channels to drive engagement and brand awareness
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to support campaigns and events
- Monitor performance metrics and provide basic reporting on email and social activities
Events & Collateral Management
Support the planning and execution of events by preparing, tracking, and managing marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials
- Help ensure smooth execution of event marketing logistics support as needed
Administrative Duties
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required
- Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and support integrated marketing initiatives
- Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend improvements to optimize marketing efforts
- Other relevant tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of social media and email marketing experience
- Experience with Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with event planning and execution
- Ability and willingness to work on a hybrid and night shift work set-up in Silver City, Pasig
