PRODUCT COORDINATOR
Job Description:
• Support the Product Manager, ensuring that all projects are completed as planned: on time and within the budget
• Monitor all project schedules and coordinate with internal teams to assure timelines are met efficiently
• Coordinate/participate in project meetings as needed
• Develop project strategies, adjustments, and improvements
• Identify and evaluate potential project-related problems and create solutions
• Generate necessary reports and provide detailed updates to Product Manager/stakeholders
• Utilize spreadsheets to track budgets, dates, and other information
• Organize reports, invoices, contracts, financial files, and other documents for easy access
• Perform necessary market research and competitive analysis
• Other related tasks that may be assigned
Job Requirements:
• Background in business, marketing, finance, engineering
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage global stakeholders efficiently and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel, CRM tools and spreadsheets
• Ability to think both analytically and creatively
• Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
• Works well independently and with a team
• Good at follow through and inquisitive
• Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule at Silver City, Pasig
